Walkin' Willie's Comix Returns Policy
While we don't like returns any more than you, the customer - Walkin' Willie's Comix stands behind their products and service and therefore the following return policy is in effect.
1. Walkin Willie's Comix must be contacted within 7 days of receipt by using the contact form. No other form of contact will be accepted.
2. AFTER receiving authorization to return the merchandise, please ship the merchandise in its ORIGINAL packing materials. The shipping address for the return will be provided to you in the authorization e-mail. ALL returns must be received with 7 days of authorization (15 days for international customers).
3. After the return has been received by Walkin' Willie's Comix, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that return has been received.
4. If the returned merchandise is received in the same condition as when it was shipped, a refund for the total amount of the purchase (including initial shipping) less return shipping will be provided to the customer.
5. If in the opinion of Walkin' Willie's Comix that the merchandise was misrepresented for sale, a full refund INCLUDING return shipping will be provided to the customer.
6. If the returned merchandise has been damaged OR is NOT the original merchandise sold, Walkin' Willie's Comix reserves the right to REFUSE issuing a refund and MAY also ban the customer from future purchases.
