Walkin' Willie's Comix takes customer service very seriously. First, we make sure that the product is what we say it is - i.e. if we say a book is "VG", then it is a book we would buy for ourselves at "VG".
Secondly, we make sure we pack our merchandise to avoid damage - period! We don't like damaged merchandise any more than you do - it's a hassle for everybody.
Nonetheless, mistakes happen from time to time. If you have a problem with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We want to know what your concerns are and how we can make it right.
